The idea for this website was seeded in my mind a few years back during a visit to a leading educational institute in India for an interactive session with students. During this interaction, I realised the energy and potential of these youngsters and what they could achieve for our country with just a little support and guidance from elders like us. Also, during my visits to various industry forums, I meet a lot of young entrepreneurs who look forward for guidance and advice on various aspects of their lives – both personal and professional.

Having spent the past thirty years of my life as an entrepreneur, I felt it is my responsibility to do whatever little I can for these talented youngsters who will guide the future of our country. It is this thought that prompted me to start this website and share my thoughts, experiences and advice on various facets of life.
